Went there for a late lunch after mrmarmot dragged me all over the southern tier just to get fingerprinted.
Fist off, when we went in, the brewery side was closed so we were limited to the Wildflower Cafe side. It had a bar and a decent amount of places to sit. There were only a handful of people at the time.
We were seated right away and promptly offered something to drink. Both mrmarmot and I got a flight - mine included every beer they had on tap at the time which was:
Imperial Coffee Stout
Nut Brown Ale
Hop Warrior Imperial IPA
Mysterious Amber Ale
Dogtooth Pale Ale
(You can see a picture of my flight here: https://picasaweb.google.com/lh/photo/-JCu20S0tzZDQV_MRcW5WQ?feat=directlink)
Now onto the food. Mrmarmot and I both got the burger that was the special which was a big burger (1/2 pound?) with hickory smoked bacon, bleu cheese, carmelized onions on a whole wheat bun. Absolutely DELICOUS!! I also got the shoestring onion rings which were also good, although a tad salty.
Overall, this is an excellent establishment that I will make sure I visit many more times.

Stopped in here for lunch on my birthday trip to Ithaca.
The beer selection was alright. Nothing crazy on tap, but all of their usual suspects. Rooster Fish beer runs from average to bland to me most of the time. Drinkable, but I wouldn't seek it out. Hop Warrior and Cocoa Porter were the best I tried.
The food was better. They claimed to use all local ingredients, and it made for a very tasty experience. Salad and burger was great.
The service was satisfactory. Refilled sodas and waters at a good pace. The atmosphere was alright as well, the place was a little too dark at times.

Long time restaurant (Wildflower Café) is now known for the brewpub but it is good pub grub and a "happening" place in Watkins Glen - old-timey English phone booth out front. Music often on weekends and the place can get really jammed in the summer but off season is very pleasant way to spend an evening in a fairly British-type pub atmosphere.

We stopped in here on 8/2/2011 while on vacation.
Small dimly lit restaurant on the left side and a dimly lit bar on the right side. This place takes up two store fronts that are connected in the front with a small passageway by the front windows. We ate an early dinner in the restaurant half. Service was a little confused, but once things got rolling we were taken care of. The staff even prepared a cake for my daughter who turned 7 that day. The food was good, a step above pub food, but it was a bit pricy. The beer I had I really enjoyed. If I were ever in Watkins Glen again I would definitely stop by again.

A group of four of us walked in here late in the afternoon on Saturday for dinner after I took my Harley around the Watkins Glen racetrack for a few laps (thats another story).
We decided to sit in a booth on the brewpub side as opposed to the Wildflower Cafe side, which has similar booths and tables. A bit dimly lit but enjoyed the view of the brewing equipment.
Not a huge selection of beer other than their own but understandable since they would rather you drink what they brew. Good selection of locally produced Finger Lakes area wine for those crazy non-beer drinkers. And enough variety of food to satisfy most.
Our waitress was very friendly and knowledgeable in both the food and drinks on the menu. I opted for the flight rack with only five 4oz samples instead of the full eight. C'mon I was only on two wheels that day. Without writing full reviews on 4oz samples, I will say the darker brews were much better than the lighter ones. Esp the Nut Brown and Coffee Stout.
For food I had the Jambalaya which was very good.
Overall I'd say this place is worth a little extra drive if in the area and would def recommend to anyone.
