Quick review:

Taste: Orange banana, colve and malt notes. All very strong and present in the beer. Complex and fun to drink.

Smell: Pear, orange and malt notes.

Ap: Couldy, small head but constant lacing throughout.

Notes: This is a pretty decent heffe that can hold it's own against most beers of this style. Well done.

You dont find enough good traditional hefe weizens in the States but to me this really fit the bill, poured a murky brownish yellow with a 1/2 finger white head atop a soap scum-like lace was left behind as it settled.Big yeasty cloavy aromas with underlying banana, one of the fullest bodied weizens I think I have had this is no wimpy American wheat ale big clove spice flavors and quite yeasty with banana flavor in the finish and aftertaste.Iam not a hug fan of the style but this one I'll remember for awhile to me a great rendition and from the U.S. to boot.

This is a perfectly cloudy brownish yellow with a soupy head. The aroma is a little on the weak side, but the flavor is nice. Ok banana and a little clove with a nice wheatiness. There’s better hefeweizens out there, but this isn’t one of those crappy "hefeweizens" fermented without real hefeweizen yeast.
