åsköl. Kanske passar till ägg?
"Easter beer" in Swedish is "Påsköl". "åsköl" translates to "thunder beer". "It might go well with eggs?"
The name Häklefjäll is a Swedish noa-noa for Hell.
OG 1,057

The colour is brown-red, the two finger head is off-white.
The smell is filled with smoke. I come to think of Italian salami. Sour hints and a touch of band-aid. A bit too much smoke for me.
The taste is bold and very smoky, it is like chewing on smoked ham including the salty bits. Lots of anonymous bitter flavours and a fine sweetness. Some tart hints in the long lasting aftertaste as well as hints of egg and bullion (unami?) and heavily smoked ham/sausages.
The carbonation is medium strong; the bubbles are small. The liquid is a bit sticky.
Närke Kulturbryggeri seem to love smoke malt and this beer was more smoked than any other i had from them. A bit too much smoke for me...

Well, to begin with, Rauchbier isn't one of my favourite styles of beer. But I'll try my best bringing justice to it.
Dark-amber colour with a beige/white head.
The smell is smoked with some nice hop tones, a little bit of yeast in the smell too.
Tasted smoked (Well, it is a rauchbier) with some leathery and malty tones. A bit of sweetness and low bitterness.
Närke Kulturbryggeri is great indeed, but this is not one of my favourites.
