This is a nice little store south of the Slater slums on Beach Blvd. I came here for a 5gal keg of Alesmith IPA. When i walked in i noticed about 8 glass doors full of tasty beers. All their beer is kept in coolers.
The west coast micros are well represented wit Stone, Alesmith, Rogue, Deschutes, etc with a decent smattering of english and german beers. Not too many belgians. However, this is more of a keg store and for kegs, the selection is hot!!! If i didnt get the keg of Alesmith it was going to be Oggi's Hop Juice. (BTW - the keg of Alesmith IPA was deliciously superb. I filled up 2 growlers at home to finish it off)
The staff is no nonsense matter-of-factly and very knowledgeable about kegs and related equipment. When i was checking out i noticed BA magazines were for sale at the counter. Pretty Cool.
