Stopped here a few nights ago, not fsar off the 10 Freeway, similar to all the other locations I have visited here in Southern California, had some 2007 Unibroue Trader Joe's Vintage Ale left, about two cases worth probably, have Full Sail, Anderson Valley, Acme, Mackeson, Samuel Smiths, and various imports like Birra Moretti and things like that, available in both six packs and as singles, Oranjeboom, Murphy's, and Four Horses available in four packs of cans and as single tall cans, and also, Mississippi Mud, various Lindemans 750s, two different Chimays, and Dry Blackthorn cider, service was average, some lady just walked by and asked if I was finding everything okay but that is about all you can expect from a grocery-type establishment like this anyways, clean store with small aisles and very crowded, would not go back here unless in the area because I have one right down the street from me in Redlands, always an inexpensive place to find some decent micro brews

This Trader Joe's is right around the corner from my friend's house.
The beer selection is in the back left corner of the store. Like most Trader Joe's, there are some tasty craft beers, namely Anderson Valley, Mackeson XXX Stout, Full Sail, North Coast, Chimay, Spaten, Samuel Smith's, Birra Moretti La Rosa, and Lindemans. They are also some half-decent beers contract brewed for Trader Joe's. My only gripe is with abundance of lousy oddball pale lagers, bocks, ciders, etc from strange breweries and weird countries. Quality over quantity TJ's. Same goes for wine.
I can't complain too much as the prices are always cheaper than anywhere else. As for service, the employees are usually friendly and energetic, although I've never asked for help in the beer aisle.

Trader Joe's keeps a fairly good selection of beer. They do carry more wine, but they still have an ok selection of craft and imported beers. My favorite part is they let you break up whatever 6 pack you want and buy singles. Some of the brands they carry are Anderson Valley, North Coast, Waimea Bay, Rogue, as well as imports such as Spaten. These are just the few off the top of my head that I can remember. The service at this store is great, you can always find someone walking around who will help you and in my experiences they have been very nice.
UPDATE: Now after a few years of going in and out of this place the beer selection isn't as good anymore. The only thing really worth seeking a TJ's out is for their cheap Trader Joe's Vintage Ale.
