Reb Ale is Lazy Magnolia's Pale Ale, a crisp and clean beer with the perfect balance of hops and malt. Its body and clean finish are ideally suited for all seasons, and the brew is moderately hopped for a great aroma and impressive finish. Reb Ale doesn't fit into any category of pale ale, it's a style we made up!

12oz brown ale with no freshness date.
LOOK: Big froth, shiny golden
SMELL: Spicy, floral, orange zest, hint of pine, biscuity, yeast, faint esters
TASTE: Bitter, vegtal, thin graininess, orange peel, leafy, earthy, grainy, dry, chalky yeast
Assertive with a lot going on, a bit chaotic as the hoppiness runs a bit astray and there is not much there to tame it. One and done.

Very attractive golden color with white cap and lacing.
Lightly spicy hops with a touch of resin supported by caramel malt.
Taste on entry is caramely malt with hop spiciness floating on top. Enough hop flavor to prevent this one from being just another caramel amber, a refreshing offset as it were, while carrying on through the finish then lingering in the aftertaste which remains malty as well.
Medium texture with balancing carbonation.
Good effort here. The flavor is rich without being cloying and the hops provide enough bitterness to balance it out. Not just more flavor but better flavor than a run of the mill amber.

Copper pour, kind of a overcarbonated pour that'll get you scared there was something more sinister going on. Aroma was mildly hoppy and in moderation but nice.
Light body, some hoppiness, unique mild bitter tang edge to it. I could see this being a fun beer to have around on a 97% humidity kind of warm day. Is it a mix of wheat and barley? Had that mouthfeel. Oneo f those nice session pale ales that isn't massively hopped.
