Poured from a bottle into a pint glass.
It pours a deep shade of copper almost akin to that of a brown ale like newcastle. upon pouring, a frothy head springs up, fades a little, and leaves a nice amount of lacing in its' wake.
The smell is quite pungent. fruity notes like sweet apple are at the forefront along with a good bit of malty notes. Hops are in the back but not hidden.
Taste is exceptional, highly complex, and overall quite intriguing. When it first hits the mouth it's a nice bready clean taste. By the middle of it, it becomes fruity. The fruit taste is not overbearing and is a nice antithesis to what comes next. The back of the taste becomes bitter but not overly so. Just enough to balance it out and make it solid
Good mouthfeel on this one, not too heavy not too light and just the right amount of carbonation to make this one smooth.
The drinkabilty is great on this one. Would have no trouble going through these.
