On-tap at BockFest in Cincinnati.
A: Dark dark red, basically brown, with almost no head, but that could be from it sitting a few minutes because it was pre-poured.
S: Malty, with some notes of caramel and maple
T: Very distinct malts with the same flavors of caramel. A very mixed taste with a lot going on, but not much hop-taste at all.
M: Smooth, thick, and very full. Not totally flat, but few notes of carbonation.
O: Tasty, if you're in the mood. Better than the Spaten Optimator in my opinion.
Serving type: on-tap
