On tap at Oktoberfest Zinzinnati
This is my first self-titled Bavarian-style pale ale. The website explains that the use of German noble hops makes it Bavarian-style, along with pilsner and munich malts.
As a pale ale, it's not my favorite, but it's still good. Some light hoppiness as far as PAs go, but flavorful. Worth a try if you want something different.

Appearance - a peach-tinted straw color, a thick finger of rocky pocked head, very sticky lace.
Aroma - grain, light lemon and papaya.
Taste - crackery grain, light citrus and a pleasant hoppy bite. Dry, easy finish, slightly bitter.
Mouthfeel - refreshing, light to medium body, touch slick.
Overall - good session beer, would enjoy in spring/summer. A welcome recovery beer after a round of Punishment.

A - Pours a deep golden with a one finger white head. Leaves sticky lacing throughout the glass.
S - Then aroma is of citrus fruit and subtle pine with some notes of fresh baked bread.
T - Taste follows suit of the aroma. Incredible lingering finish. Excellent balance between the noble hops and munich and pilsner malt.
M - Near perfect mouthfeel with its medium body and balanced carbonation.
O - My first go at a Bavarian Pale Ale. I thoroughly enjoyed Christian Moerlein's version and will have again. Another excellent brew out of Cincy.

Pours a hazy golden with a lingering white head.
Grain, sharp lemony notes, and floral hops form the initial aroma, with earthy hop notes surfacing at the finish.
Flavor follows suit, with grain and crackery malt forming the backbone, contrasted by undertones of lemon. The finish is dry, earthy, and bitter, with a minerally tone surfacing in the aftertaste.
Body is moderate to light, with fairly high carbonation.
A bit too bitter for my liking, and the mineral character was offputting, but could see this being refreshing in warm weather.
