A - Came from the tap with a nice golden/copper combination color pretty typical of the style. Did not have a lot of head and the little head it had faded pretty quickly and was gone when I was about half though with the glass.
S - Had a nice citrusy hop smell with some good malt character. I was thirsty and this beer just made me more so before I took my first swig.
T - Very refreshing clean taste. It had a good hop pop and you could taste the Cascades in there. Some nice citrus flavors that were well balanced with the caramel malt flavors.
M - I thought it could have used a little more carbonation but was pretty smooth and not offensive at all.
D - This was a very refreshing beer stepping into the brewery from the 105+ degree heat. I could definitely drink this as a session beer and enjoy each one.
Overall, I thought this was a good American Pale Ale. I was a bit surprised to read some of the reviews here that were fairly negative. I did have this directly from a keg at the brewery (with a really good burger I must add) and was very happy with it. It was certainly not perfect, but I enjoyed it quite a bit.

OK, so I was surprised to find this and the blonde ale (not named Guera) on the shelves at Lee Lee's Oriental Market in town when the brewery in town closed a year ago. The can design is metallic blue with Pale Ale in a stencil-y font and Nimbus Beer Company in typewriter font. The label reads "Brewed & Canned by Nimbus Beer Company, Warrenville, IL for Nimbus Beer Company, Tucson, AZ" Best By 01/08/2020 11:06. A quick Google search shows it's associated with the Two Brothers Brewing Co. but only associated with Scottsdale. In any case, guessing the beer is alive and well in the midwest.
L - 12 oz can poured into pint glass. Pours a slightly hazy amber color with a thin white head that dissipates quick, leaves a little lacing with decent carbonation.
S - Earthy, floral, orange citrus, malt, grassy hops, some honey sweetness as well.
T - Follows the nose starts off with a bitter hoppy bite, citrus, honey, fruit, astringent alcohol, finishes with a slightly bready malt biscuit flavor. Becomes more citrusy sweet throughout the session. Very nice balance of hoppy bitterness and malty sweetness.
F - More medium bodied, fair amount of carbonation, slightly dry finish but very drinkable.
O - If this is the same stuff that the Tucson brewery made when it was around, it's a nice hop-leaning APA but sits at a modest 4.9% ABV. Nothing too outstanding but is very drinkable and not overpowering. So long as they keep making it, I'd definitely pick it up again.

Pours a gold color with a white head. Smells of bready malts and yeast. Tastes like bready malt and light citrus. Medium body with medium carbonation. Overall a decent APA.

A: slight haze; copper colored; 1 finger ivory head that receded to a thick collar; very nice lacing;
S: floral, earthy, a little sweet malt;
T: follows the nose from start to finish; mild bitterness at the end;
M: medium bodied; moderate carbonation;
O: hops aren't as forward as I expect with an APA; flavor is a little boring;
