Bottled the first of May 2012, from their webshop.
330ml, 10% ABV
Pours a very dark beer, slight light comming through at the bottom. Lots of creamy head, Stays on forever. Just a huge, huge frothy head.
Smells pretty big. Plenty of charred roast in here and tons of molasses, dark chocolate, some coffee and sweet maltiness. Not overly fruity or anything. Infact it is quite earthy like tradition British stouts or even Köstritzer Schwarzbier, that distict aroma on the nose.
Surprisingly sweet on the taste though.
Malty sweetness with a tiny but of smoke, a quite bitter. Not really a hoppy bitterness but a roasty bitterness. Liquorice. Als it sits in the glass more if the dark fruitiness comes out which adds to the beer in my opinion, I really dig big sweet beers.
Mouthfeel is nice and smooth. Quite full bodied. This is not one of those really, really big RIS's. But goes down very well. Low carbonation, but still well noticable.

appearance - As black as black can be with dark brown edges. Had a semi medium aggressive pour which surprisingly resulted in zero head.
smell - dark chocolate is the most prominent thing that comes to mind
taste - Major coffee and chocolate hints to be found. Somewhat nutty. Not much boozyness to be found here.
mouthfeel - Medium thickness. Not quite as thick as I like my imperial stouts to be. Practically no carbonation.
overall - I'm in the netherlands for a month due to a work project, so obviously I immediately searched out the solid offerings this country has. Turns out Europe does not have the infatuation with stouts like we do here in America. Overall though, this is a pretty solid russian imperial stout that has managed to soothe my needs for a European stout.
