33cl bottle about 2 weeks past best by range.

Pours hazy copper with a durable, creamy tan head. The glass gets nicely coated with tipping. Some sediment remained stuck to the bottom of the bottle.

Aroma: more sweet malts, toffee, and Belgian yeast than hops.

Flavor: Like the aroma. Not really an IPA or even a Pale Ale, this is more of a Belgian Brown with a little extra hopping. Dark fruit notes and toffee linger on in the aftertaste.

Feel: medium body; medium, lively but semi-soft carbonation.

O: a very nice Belgian/Dutch brown ale.

Orange-yellow color, filtered, decent dense head.

Aroma is citrus, grass, yeast. Very hoppy, bitter ale.

Lime, orange, kiwi, more fruits than expected, with a refreshing carbonation. Soon, hoppy bitterness kicks in, but grainy yeast helps to keep the balance at bay, lime adds cpmplexity. Mouthfeel is dry, with a long bitter aftertaste. Very hop defined, still pleasant on the palate, nice. Carbonation adds metallic hints to the hops, making the bitterness even more present.

This is in my opinion more Belgian style ale with a lot of hops then a classical IPA. However this does not mean that I object drinking it. The taste is a bit tropical and sweet , the only disappointment is the aftertaste that does not linger in your mouth.
