A – Jet back with a rocky, thick mocha colored head. The head retention was amazing, there was still a very thick coating of bubbles well after I finished the beer.
S – Very sweet coffee, light chocolate hints in the background but the coffee was very dominant.
T – Sweet chocolate and coffee. Like coffee that someone put too much sugar into. No hop presences at all.
M – Nice heavy mouth feel. Really good carbonation.
O – This was a nice beer, nothing overly special. I was more interested in trying the beer with the civet coffee in it.

Served in a snifter
A - It is black as the ace of spades. It is topped with three inches of tan head.
S - I smell some coffee and yeast.
T - The taste is coffee and cream. The coffee has undoubtedly mellowed over the two years it spent in the bottle, but it is still enough to make it taste great.
M - Full
O - This is a nice coffee stout. The coffee flavor and aroma has held up well for two years. Now I want to find a fresher bottle. I enjoyed it thoroughly. My bottle was brown and not green like the picture.

Bottled 4/18/12. No problem forming a head; super fizzy. I get black coffee, dark chocolate, some smoke, raisin, and maybe a bit of port wine in the nose. Really nice coffee flavors, some good dark chocolate, caramel. A tiny hint of bitterness, and maybe just a touch of alcohol on the end, but really well hidden otherwise. It hasn't warmed as much as I'd like it to, but pretty tasty so far as I write this.
