Very fruity aroma, mainly citrus. Light herbal as well in the aroma with a hint of caramel. Yellow colour, off-white head leaving good lace on the glass. Very sweet, very bitter, apple, citrus, herbs, grass. Very intense flavours. Sticky, lightly sparkling, lightly alcoholic. Flavourful and powerful yet highly drinkable. With this ABV it can hardly be called a regular Saison.

on-tap, 't Arendsnest in Amsterdam
coaster notes
appearance: served in a chalice - bright orange body with a nice white froth
smell: first whiff of this one was lovely - very floral, citrus, white pepper and spice
taste: the first great beer i consumed in amsterdam after a couple of average tripels - i really enjoy what i've had from de molen. this saison seemed very fresh - floral garden notes, tangerine and other citrus, lightly spiced and very drinkable
mouthfeel: fresh and lively
drinkability: good

Extra from a great trader!
Appearance: Bit of a gusher, huge head that quickly subsides, decent lacing down the sides. Appearance is a soft caramel with sunlit highlights
Smell: Citrus and baguette, very bready. Smell is very refreshing.
Taste: A bit too much malt, some caramel and toffee along with the bready citrus.
Mouthfeel: Despite gushing very lightly carbonated on the tounge, also very filling. You don't notice the off-the-chart ABV.
Drinkability: High; particularly given the ABV. Not my favorite saison but well done.
