To me this is a miss for De Molen.
L: cloudy golden, a lot of sediment
S: it smells like it tastes, just off
T: undefinable odd flavor
F: the mouthfeel is neither nice and fresh also not nice and thick

Another de Molen beer. Like usual very experimental, first of all it’s hardly to classify it’s style. The colour is brown, dark amber. Average head and average lacing. The aroma is very nice, some dark fruit esters combined with malts and caramel, some basement aromas. It has some features of belgian ale like characteristic yeasty and malty aroma. Taste is bitter but not striking bitter, some sweet malts in the middle and in aftertaste. Noticable pils malts. The textute is rather thick, average carbonation and medium body. Molenbier is another well balanced de Molen beer, which has some features of pilsner, belgian and english ale. Interesting but did not knocked me down.
