Inviting aroma of citrus, apricot, bready malts.
Tall, thick, creamy, white head above a deep amber slightly hazy body, lightly carbonated. The head falls at a slow pace, with a thick, rocky surface and rows of lacing.
Taste is strongly apricot, with a solid bready malt backing. The initial taste is slightly bitter, with the bitterness growing through the middle to a solidly bitter finish and aftertaste.
Feel is moderate, a solid pale ale body.
Overall, a very well done classic American Pale Ale, with an apricot rather than the usual citrus flavor.

Pours a golden orange color, with a two finger head that remained through the fourth sip.
A hoppy taste that follows a tad bitter at the finish. Medium bodied mouth feel and dry finish/aftertaste.
Would rank a 'most certainly' on the would you like to sit down with a 12 pack of this brew scale

Well-made APA! Hoppy and malty, slightly heavier malt back than SN's flagship APA, but on par IMHO. My bottle says 5.5%abv, purchased as part of a 12pk "HopBox" crated on 02-09-19.

sometimes its nice to drink a more classically styled pale ale. sure there is a place for these many times dry hopped new school "pale ales", but it really is enjoyable to have something a little more familiar and old school, and thats what this one was for me, a balanced and flavorful pale ale with a nice citrusy hop profile, plenty of bitterness at the end, and a medium body, fuller malt base with a little crystal depth to it and a more or less flavorless ale yeast, simple beer really, we have all had this kind of thing a million times before, but its nice to go back to a beer like this after touring around whats trendy right now. i was impressed with the grapefruity, pithy hop intensity, a cascade type hop spice to it, definitely northwestern and higher alpha. just read the label, cascade hops confirmed! it a nice expression of them, and a familiar one too, with a very sierra nevada sort of profile going on here. the carbonation is awesome here, really high and very little bubbles, makes this very crushable when its ice cold, but it warms up pretty well too, more pine than grapefruit then. a light breadiness and copper or mineral profile in the grain base, clean in the finish though. solid beer, somewhat of a throwback now, but i enjoyed it a lot, especially as a night cap after some much heavier beers!

Pours a semi hazy orange color with a bright white head, that dissipates quickly. Carbonation is subtle, but there. The smell is definitely hoppy with only a slight citrus smell. The taste starts sweet but finishes bitter. The mouth feel is not as thick as expected. Overall not a bad brew but definitely middle of the road.

Poured from 12oz bottle into schooner glass. A 2" foamy off white head drops slowly leaving modest lacing. Appearance is hazy yellow orange, plenty of streaming carbonation. Aroma of pine, grapefruit, pineapple and yeast rolls. Mouthy is medium and very sticky with a mostly dry finish. Flavor is hop forward with strong grapefruit, pine oil, leaving little room for malt balance. A decent APA.

Bright orange color on this beer, with an average body and head. The smell is a bit citrusy with hints of hops. The cascade hops are much more noticeable in the taste, which also has some sweetness and citrus notes as well. A pretty tasty beer overall.

Dark orange color, medium body, just a slight bit thin. Aroma is really nice, orange and peel, grapefruit,a sweet malt smell. Taste is very similar,a bit of pine as well as a bitter finish that lingers. I could see people expecting more but I think this delivers in flavor, somewhat complex, but not so extreme that it's hard to have a few at a time
