OKAY! This may be deleted, but it is a NEW and DIFFERENT growler tasting from a Grandall infused growler with Centennial Hops from Greens at Piney Grove in Columbia, SC.
A: Slightly hazy, dark amber with a light tan head that remains for a good while. Moderate lacing this time.
S: Mostly sweet malts. Some ever so mild citrus, maybe pineaple.
T&M: Floral hops are fluffy up front with a more balanced malt character than my previous review. Still sweet throughout, but incredibally hoppy all the way through as well. Alcohol is well masked throughout! Medium to heavy bodied that still has semi-dry finish with an oily hop feel.
THIS STUFF IS INCREDIBLE. Compared to my first review, this is a totally different beer with the infusion of Centennial Hops. NOW THIS IS A DIPA!!!!
Great job to Joseph at Green's for thinking this thing through!

Poured into a Dogfish Spiegelau glass. Bottleneck says 01302014.
A- Pours a clean medium amber color with a 1/2 inch off-white head that retains well before reducing to a thick ring around the edge of the glass and various thicknesses of surface foam. Sudsy non-resilient lacing.
S- Pungent and grassy hop aroma that also brings citrus notes like pineapple and grapefruit.
T- The citrus flavors come through in the flavor well coupled with a firm but controlled bitterness. Very drinkable for the ABV and the grass notes linger on the tongue for a bit. Juicy and tangy.
M- Vibrant and sharp with medium carbonation and a body leaning toward the lighter side.
O- I really dig how fruit-forward this DIPA is while having a solid bitterness that's not overbearing. Foothills knows their hops.

Poured on-tap and served in a shaker pint, the beer is a bright, copper-gold coloring with a fluffy, tight bubbled, white head. Aromas of spice and resinous hops, with grapefruit and tropical fruits abound. Flavors are roast forward, with a toffee and roasted backbone supporting a blending of tropical fruit rich sweetness and peppery spiced notes. Balanced and smooth. The aftertaste is resinous and tangy sweet, with a smooth, clean finish. Tasty and surprisingly drinkable.
