A:It had a dark amber color with a white head that stayed for awhile.
S:There there was definate hop smell to id. There was also a little malty sweetness, but very faint.
T:Very good taste. There was a very smooth bitterness too it that was not harsh at all. Also the hop flavor was very citrus/grapefruity, which was great. The malt side of the flavor carried caramel and bread flavors mostly.
MF:Medium body and average carbonation
D:Very easy to drink and would be able to drink quite a few of these. Since the bitterness was very smooth it made it very pleasant to drink and the hop flavor is one of my favorites.

This is real beer. It is authentic. One of a kind, but easy to find. My new favorite go-to beer. Refreshing crisp taste. Always tastes fresh and not like it has been sitting on a shelf for a year. As far as IPAs go it isn't bitter or biting. It is balanced, smooth, and has great flavors. Goes well with most foods but also great on it's own.

On-tap at the Oxford in Raleigh, NC on 20 June 2014.
Pours clear medium amber. One finger of off-white head, good retention, fantastic lacing covering the inside of the glass.
Smell is faint, more earthy than anything else, with an herbal slant. Not much there.
Taste is just straight up plain bitter. Pretty one-dimensional. A little grain in front. Rather chalky. Meh
Feel is okay. Medium-heavy, enough carbonation. Unremarkable.
A simple, straightforward IPA. Not a whole lot to it, other than enough bitterness to cover any subtle flavors but not enough to be a palate wrecker.
