OK AIPA, nothing special. Pours a hazy orange color. A hard pour gives you a big frothy antique white head with fairly good retention. There are some thick bands of lacing on the glass.
Aroma is fairly mild....no big hoppy presence here. Some bitterness and some biscuity malt.
Flavor is about the same. There is some bitterness, some dry biscuity malt and a little sweetness from caramel malt. Didn't get any distinctive Simcoe hop aroma or flavor. The overall beer is malt forward with the bitterness more in the finish.
Mouthfeel is crisp and a little dry. RIch enough for an AIPA.
Overall pleasant but there are SO MANY better AIPAs out there.

Appearance: Nice copper color, nice carbonation, nice two finger white head, nice lacing.
Smell: Nice fruity, hoppy, mango-like smell.
Taste: Fruity, I can't pinpoint the flavor.
Mouthfeel: Medium body, great carbonation.
This is a great beer. I'm completely screwed up on describing it, but it's awesome. It reminds me of Dig beer from New Belgium. It's very similar.

Had on-tap at Westville Pub Asheville. Served in a pint glass.
A- Pours a light amber color with a 1/4 inch off-white head that retains well before becoming a thin ring around the edge of the glass and a half sheet of sheer surface foam.
S- Mildly citrusy hop aroma and a faint whiff of booze.
T- Good hop flavor with some moderate bitterness. It doesn't point toward any one particular direction. Just some mild citrus and on into the bitterness which actually becomes more and more intense with each sip. Touch of bready malt brings a slight balance. Alcohol is decently concealed.
M- Slightly sharp with medium carbonation and a body leaning toward the lighter side.
O- Nothing spectacular but it's better than the BA score gives it credit for. Just needs a bit more balance.
