Darker brow body under a 1" off white head that leaves some solid rings down the glass with each sip.

Smells is sweet with some fruitiness. Slight hop presence.

Taste is nothing amazing, but still pleasing to the palate. Some caramel sweetness that drifts away leaving some fruit flavors that dissipiates.

Mouthfeel is lighter with just enough carbonation.

Drinkability is great, but I guess most wheat beers are for me. I almost ordered another.

appearance: The beer comes in a Foothills logo pint glass with a low, white head atop. The beer is a deep, slightly hazy brown in color.

smell: Wheat, light banana like esters, and some malty toffee notes are found on the nose. There is a candylike hop aroma.

mouthfeel: The carbonation is on the lower end of the medium range, and the body a heavier light. Not the standard dunkel weizen mouthfeel, but alright.

taste: The first thing I notice, which I wasn't expecting was a considerable lemony flavor. There is an obvious wheaty flavor with some earthy, toasty notes. The hop flavor is light and the bitterness moderate.

drinkability: decent, pretty easy to drink but not a very good example of the style. Seemed to have more American Wheat characteristic than weizen to me.

Very smallish head. Perfect colour: dark murky hazelnut.

Some banana in the aroma, but not much else. Wish it was a bit more powerful.

Some caramel with some rich banana flavours. Some yeast... pretty nice.

Moderately thick libation with heavy carbonation.

Nicely drinkable. A solid summer offering. Nice work Jaime.

Appearance: Arrives at the table with a cloudy dark copper body and a modest beige head that leaves no lacing

Smell: Grainy, with a slightly burnt toast aroma

Taste: Toasted malt on the front - very little "Weizen" flavor; some mild earthy bitterness to balance

Mouthfeel: Medium bodied with modest carbonation

Drinkability: While this beer is well-balanced and easy to drink, there is not enough "Dunkel" and very little "Weizen" to it; the recipe has promise but I would like to see some bolder flavors here
