Bought a 750cl bottle from a local grocery store. Last one on the shelf dated 06/09/2017 (10 weeks old). Served at fridge temp and poured into a flute glass. Not much pressure in the bottle (not bottled with active yeast)

Look: Pours a nice clear golden-amber ale with light carbonation and plentiful head with moderate retention and nice lacing.

Smell: Upon opening, spicy notes immediately waft from the bottle with some citrusy hints. From the glass, I notice oranges spices, a bit of malt.

Taste: Begins with a bit of spice and citrus and then a strong bitter hop presence. Finishes strong and bitter. Some grapefruit. Sometimes you get some sweetness most likely from the malts, could be caramel. Flavors open up more as it gets some air and your palate gets used to the bold hop presence, and if feels slightly more balanced.

Mouthfeel: Light-medium body, some carbonation. Dry finish.

Overall: I really enjoy hoppy beers, and this one does not disappoint. It's a strong flavor ale with strong hop bitterness, balanced mildly by some underlying malts. I've had hop heavy beers before that were much too bitter, but this one strikes a good balance. I've had similar styles before and this one is a good take on the style.

I don't think this beer is meant for aging, unless you prefer to taste the malts. Then why wouldn't you buy a malty beer, this one's meant to taste the hops. Although you may find a more balanced beer from aging, but not too long. Although I'm no aging expert, so take this advice with a grain of salt.

Appearance - This beer pours an extremely foggy golden amber color with 3 fingers of dense foamy off white head. Carbonation is extremely lively.

Aroma - Grapefruit and orange up front followed by floral hops then light caramel and some crackery malts. then finshing of with a light bread aroma.

Taste -again Grapefruit and orange aromas come out on top followed by fresh lilacs and leafy greens then balanced with caramel and some crackery bready malts.

Feel - Light medium body, with slightly velvety carbonation. It feels like its 42 IBU's I mean bitterness is present but not overwhelming!.

Overall -This was a very decent rendition of a classic american pale. It's hoppy and clean enough but still balanced well when it comes to malt presence. Caramel and bready go well with the floral and citrus hops and the dry hopping seems to be well executed. Try it out Cheers!

Amber-orange colour, with a one finger head that fades soon, leaving a small lace. Aroma of tropical fruits, malts, caramel. Medium to full body, lively carbonation, creamy palate. Taste of tropical fruits, grapefruit, caramel. Good one, though I expected it not so sweet.

Drank a bomber poured into a tulip style glass

P: On the pour develops a nice thick head that dissipated quickly with a rim on the glass.

S: On the nose it has alot of malt and some grapefruit aroma

T: Bready malted slightly fruity bouquet. Some spices come through after a bit of lingering. Classic pale ale hops aftertaste

O: A fair example of a American pale. The hoppy aftertaste will leave you wanting more.

From Club del Gourmet of El Corte Ingles. In Ikea's pint glass. Playing Bit Adventure. Superb aroma and excellent beer overall, with a very nice bitterness. A pity its high price (4.95€)

A: An amber color with a very slight haze. Topped with about a finger and a half of creamy looking very slightly beige head. Lacing and retention were fantastic with each sip leaving a noticeable mark behind.

S: Slightly spicy and grapefuity. A lot of sweet malt comes through as well though.

T: Not as hoppy as I would have expected but this is good. For once a pale ale is a pale ale and not a low ABV IPA. I get a fair bit of caramel type malt along with a slight bread like note, the base of a great PA. Some grapefruit hops but also some spicy flavors come through. Very well balanced and no one thing stands out too much.

M: Creamy, smooth and pretty easy going. Carbonation might be a tad high but overall pretty good.

O: This is a great example of what a pale ale should be IMO. It has the nice malty backbone but also offers some great hop flavor and aroma too, both equally balanced and complimenting of each other.
