750ml bottle poured into a weizen glass. ABV 6%.
A - Poured a cloudy pale gold with a 5cm bubbly head. Head slowly reduced to a decent layer of surface bubbles. Decent lacing.
S - Bananas, grapefruit, spices, some bread, some grass. Definitely smells like a wheat beer with extra hops thrown in.
T - Sweet bread, bananas, some citrus, some spice and plenty of hop bitterness throughout. The bitterness is a bit harsh at times but there's a pleasant bitterness that lingers in the aftertaste.
M - Medium carbonation, medium-heavy body, creamy, a hint of graininess, dry-ish finish.
O - Decent beer.

Fresh bottle from Veux-Tu. About 5 months old in a one-year expiry date. Very drinkable, not as good as Schneider Weisse but still very enjoyable summer beer. Lasting head, slightly hoppy aroma. A mineral character. Cloves and other spices. Carbonation right there.

Yellow, little bit of orange, dense looking, nearly opaque. Big head off the pour, but kind of bubbly and light looking, not the chunky head I'd like.
Mostly banana on the nose, maybe a touch of lemon.
Banana and lemon mingle throughout. Strong malt backbone, good rustic wheat. A little hot, oddly, in the finish.
This is a straightforward hefe. Hops are certainly there, but they don't punch you in the head. It's mostly about the banana and wheat. Not a bad thing, but not sure if it's on target for the style.

Pours amber with a fading white head.
Nose shows doughy wheat, banana, spicy cloves and phenols. Quite tempting.
Doughy wheat as a flavour too, along with soft booze, spicy hops, and herbal notes. Some sweet malt too.
Could use a bit more carbonation.

Draft: Poured a dirty beige/yellow color ale with a large foamy head with good retention and some good lacing. Aroma consists of banana ester with rich wheat malt notes and light citrus hoppy notes. Taste is a wonderful mix between some citrus hoppy notes which are well balanced against some wheat malt with light banana ester. Body was pretty full for style with good carbonation. This was a great drink and something the brewery should consider bottling.

Thanks to Hoppypocket for this one! Bottled on 06/12
A - Cloudy medium yellow, almost orange in the centre. Thin layer of white head.
S - Big clove, banana and yeast esters aromas up front giving way to some sweet bready matls and lighter citrus notes.
T - Big Belgian yeast flavours up front with banana and cloves. Mid-palate adds some herbal notes and a substantial bready malt profile that adds some cereal sweetness and lighter citrus notes. The finish adds a warming alcohol kick.
M - Medium body with a nice chew. Moderate carbonation.

375ml bottle. Weizen glass. Tropical fruit intense aromas fly at the moment cap is removed. Bright gold color, clear appearance. White froth, close & lasting crown. Some lacing is left on sides. Heavy hoppiness, citric, resins & intense herbal to the nose as well as honey hues rounded by subtle banana peel notes & underlying bread. Crispy upfront is swept out by citric & piney notes. Light body. Moderate but lively carbonation. Bready texture & fresh mouthfeel. Fruity –some mango hints- flavor, dried touch & bitterness arise in the middle lingering into a long sweet finish. Nice hues of green wood on a dried aftertaste. Gentle lightness & texture as a Weizen but dried & hopped as an AIPA!!

Poured from a 375ml. bottle, bottled 06/2012.
Appearance: Fluffy clouds of stark white with a light hay colored body.
Smell: Strong banana mixed with citrus.
Taste: Spices & herbs, hoppy a bit but not too much, some rich fruit and the classic banana flavor.
Mouthfeel: Good strong carbonation. Manages an airy feel yet isn't too light.
Overall: 3M really nails the German style. A nice mix of bavarian and hops.

750ml Bottle from Marche Omni QC for 7$
Appearance – Slightly hazy gold/amber colour with a large size fizzy white coloured head. There is an average amount of carbonation and there is some decent lacing. The head lasted for around 5-6 minutes before it was gone.
Smell - Grains/wheat, citrus zest, grassy hops, coriander/cloves
Taste & Mouth - The beer has an above average amount of carbonation. I can taste grains/bread mixed with light citrus and coriander/cloves. There is also some dry woody and yeasty notes mixed grassy hops. It ends with a slightly bitter aftertaste.
Overall – Another great beer from this brewer. It has enough flavours to keep it interesting throughout the glass, and the price is reasonable. I'd like a touch more fruit flavour if I could change anything.

Les Trois Mousquetaires has slowly become one of my favorite breweries out of Quebec with their beautifully rendered, hoppy ales and incredibly clean and rounded lagers. The Brooklyner Schneider Hopfenweisse is one of my favorite wheat beers I've had to date so I'm very excited to get into this bottle.
Its rich honey amber body is darker than many wheat beers I've come across. A finger and a half of creamy, dense white head boasts some staying power and leaves generous sheets of lace as it recedes.
The hop profile of their Kellerbier is the first thing I think of. Whether or not they use the same type of hops in both, I'm an instant fan of the nose. The pronounced notes of ripe mango and papaya remind me why I love American style hops so much but more importantly blend very nicely with the creamy phenolic and herbal character that comes from the wheat. Undertones of lavender and potpourrie are readily detectable but the tropical fruit character rests on top. I like its complexity and I love how well everything fits together.
The creamy, sweet, and fruity beginning is almost immediately cut through by a leafy, dry, and herbal bitterness. It took me a bit off guard at first but I also didn't realize that this sports an IBU count of 56. The bitter character lingers well past the finish but isn't off putting or overly pronounced. Notes of mango and papaya make up the sweet underbelly of this beer, which spicy phenols and a herbaceous hop character are placed over.
The highlight of the mouthfeel is how the creaminess of the body helps to give weight and depth to fruitiness of the hops. Its medium body and rich texture makes me want to sit down and slowly enjoy this wheat beer rather than quaff it on a hot summer's day.
This is another winner coming out of LTM in my books. The fruity character from the American style hops fit perfectly with the unique aroma and flavour profile of the wheat malt. I don't think they needed to use a super alpha acid hop such as Summit as the only hop throughout the boil to achieve the American style wheat beer profile they were going for but I enjoyed it nonetheless. As a side note, I'd like to say how brilliant it is to have all of the specs of the beer on the back label of the bottle. For a beer nerd such as me, it helps me appreciate the beer a bit more. This is something I'd definitely pick up again.

Appearance: It has a nice hazy orange color to it. It has a nice off-white head that dies down moderately and leaves little lacing.
Smell: The aromas definitely give out hints of wheat malts, citrus, floral hops and some grassy notes.
Taste: Like the aromas, it has some wheat, citrus (orange & lemon) floral/grassy hops and faint spices.
Mouthfeel: It has a high carbonation with a nice overall balance and feel.
Drinkability: It's a very smooth drinkable beer accompanied with good flavors and aromas.
