This is a nice store at the fringe of the Old northend in colorado springs. Selection is fair and prices are ok, best is the friendly service. They have a good selection of domestic and a fair selection of craft beers (both six-packs and some bombers)

Jay's is my favorite liquor store in the springs. It's run by a really nice couple that will do anything to try to make you feel at home. Jay knows most regular customers by name (or nick-name). And they will reward large purchases with either a discount or free stuff. (I've gotten small things of alcohol, posters, and other various items).
For beer selection, it's pretty decent. It's got all the major beers, both foreign and domestic and a fairly good microbrew selection. All the Colorado Springs breweries are well represented, a long with most of the CO ones. Various other Western beers are available. I've always had a chance to try something new.
There is a fairly large wine selection (I think, I'm not much of a wine guy); along with all the hard stuff you would want. Along with sodas and other mixing ingredients, Jay's has everything to keep a party going on a Friday night.
So in Colorado Springs, Jay's is my choice of place to go for a good selection of beer and a friendly staff that will make anyone feel at home.
