went to the one in Mendoza and we went for happy hour 7-10 and were the only table in the joint at first. Lots of bottles on the wall not for sale but still looked cool, zero English spoken and that seamed rare for Mendoza, had a few strong brews between average and good but all two for one and the place was packed by 9pm with locals who stared at us like we were from another planet. I could complain about the service but there wasn't any, food smelled great and looked wicked (lots of stuff on sticks) but we didn't try any. I used the bathroom stall with a door but look for TP BEFORE doing your business
Good for South America and we got liquored for next too nothing, your options are limited and this one at least had decent brews

I visited the Antares location at 1447 Armenia in the Palermo Viejo section of Buenos Aires. Beautiful, 2 story space. They open at 7pm. Happy hour 7-9 pm (half price pints). On tap: cream stout, imperial stout, honey beer, porter, brown ale, lager, and one or two others. They also have a "brewer's selection", which was a cask IPA on my visit in May, 2007. I'm afraid the beers were nothing special, although they make a good effort. I was there on a Saturday night and the place was very crowded. They do a brisk dinner business. The neighborhood has many bars and restaurants.
