Pearson's Wine, as the name suggests, is geared more towards wine than beer; nevertheless they have a decent selection. There are the usual mega-brews, plus some imports and micros. I saw only one beer that I have not seen anywhere else. Pearson's has a decent selection of hard liquors such as rum, whisky and vodka, as well as a good variety of cordials. The staff is alert, friendly and helpful. If you like wine and live in Atlanta, this is a good place to shop. Their beer selection leaves something to be desired, though, but since wine is their focus I should not complain.

Pretty ho-hum place in buckhead that has a few beers you might pick-up, but not much. Their stock seems diminished recently and I ended up not buying anything here, as there was not all that much to choose from and I decided to make the drive over to Greens instead. Quality seems fine with most everything refrigerated now, but service was'nt really offered beyond "Didn't find what you want?" followed by "Oh" when I simply replied "No". Okay in a pinch, but you'll probably have to settle for something somewhat run of the mill. Good parking, clean newly remodelled store.

Pearsons is just off Early and beside Johnny Rockets. Pretty easy to get to off Paces Ferry not far from the intersection with Roswell/Peachtree.
The beer is to the left and consists of a cold case and a shelf. The cold case did have some nice selections as did the shelf, but the dust layer and general dirty store did not do much for my confidence in the quality of the merchandise. The newest Samichlaus must have been brought in shortly after the law changed since it was 2003. Some of the bottled beers in the cooler were not readily available in other places, so it does have a decent selection from which to choose.
A worker kept putting a ladder closer and closer to my position. The clerk was friendly, but service was overall nothing better than your average store.
If in the area I would stop back by, but I would not go out of my way to visit this particular location when others which are much better exisit a few miles away.
