This beer pours into the glass a dark copper/amber color. It has a off white head that was thick and somewhat lasting. The aroma shows hints of hops, fruit (lemons) and some malt. It is light in flavor that shows hints of hops and lemons in the front, then a sweet malt slides in while a earth like flavor calms you for a second. Just as you start to finish the hops kick in, but not too overpowering. A crisp clean beer. Good

Named for frogs that get squashed into pancakes on the road, and can then be tossed like thin green frisbees! Very nice, deep amber color with a light, cream colored head that holds well. It has a fruity and hoppy aroma that is enticing; continually calling from the glass "Come get more!". The body is medium, and combined with a moderate carbonation level this beer has a nice, lightly creamy mouthfeel. There's more sweet malt in the flavor than indicated by the aroma, but equaled by an earthy/citrusy hop flavor. The bitterness is well balanced and the beer finishes with a round character of sweet malt and bitter hop. Clean, well brewed ale. Not a knockout, but a very nice example of the style.
