A: Pours a brown-red copper like color, on the verge of blood red tones. Turbid and a bit unclear at first, barely any head at all but a small beige layer that disappears without lingering.
S: Alcohol, reminds you of liquor. Light truffle, herbs with the heaviest influences from dark pepper. Lingering tones of vanilla makes this a true experience.
T: More alcohol, the warmth really floods through the mouth and stays there almost forever. Apricot, dried fruits, fermented berries and yeast in general dominates. Characteristics of a nice glass of rum and raw sugar.
Hardly any bubbles at all, small carbonation provides a good steady mouthfeel.
It's already good, no doubt about it, but give it a few years and it will be amazing. Will match perfect with cheeses.
