A - Pours deep copper with ruby hues into my pint glass with about a finger of bubbly head that dissipates quickly and leaves no lacing whatsoever, looked more like a glass of soda-pop.
S - Roasted malts, caramel and toffee sweetness, dark fruit - raisin, figs, also some molasses and vanilla. Very faint unless given a good swirl.
T - Caramel malts, grain, brown sugar, vanilla, and plenty of dark fruit - raisins, figs and prunes. Very delicate balance between flavors and booziness.
M - Starts way over carbonated, but after giving it a minute and a few swirls it calms down into something enjoyable, smooth and buttery.
O - I enjoyed trying this one, worth adding to the list but won't necessarily be seeking it out.
