Enjoyed at Quenchers North Coast tasting tonight. Served from a 1.5L bottle.
A beautiful golden color with a fluffy white head that remained faithful.
An apple orchard in a snifter. The hop character has all but faded but the maltiness really compliment the apples well. Tastes crisp, light considering the ABV and refreshing. Bubbly.
Only had about a 2.5oz pour, but I could easily have polished off a few of these. Big thanks for this surprise at the end of a great night of tasting!

This poured to a bright yellow and gold with a small head that lasted well. Lace is minimal.
Esters and apples come through strong in a very appealing smell. As this thing warms, the flavors really improve. Malt is light up front, then apple comes through strong and lasts through the finish. Hops keep it balanced but are not assertive.
The mouthfeel seems thin when it's cold. This improves as the beer warms, and it becomes surprisingly solid for something based on apples. Drinkability is huge for the alcohol content.
