A - Somewhere between orange and gold. Very vibrant and crystal clear. Impressive bone-white head holds strong and leaves plenty of lacing
S - Pepper and something almost like a fresh tomatillo - sweet with a bit of tartness. The bready malts hold their own giving it a strong fresh-baked bread aroma.
T - Sweeter than I anticipated. The thought of tomatillos is still with me, and the flavor is a bit reminiscent. sweet, yet a little tart and twangy. Some fresh herb/grassy flavors are apparent on the finish. Melon flavors seem to be hiding in there.
M - Coats the inside of the mouth very well and leaves a pleasant bubbly feeling in the back of the mouth
O - Pretty solid brew. Not the best Saison I've ever had but a tasty brew nonetheless
