Poured from the caged, capped and corked bomber bottle into a standard pint.
Deep gold, tiny bubbles of carbonation arise to the top, easily visible in an otherwise transparent beer.
I'm picking up light farminess, some Belgian characteristics, with some spices. All fairly muted though.
Lemons, pears, some grassiness, and a slight hoppy burn. Not at all complex - flavors are good, but just sitting there.
Juicy and a crispness almost like you'd expect from a pilsner. Closes dry.
From North Coast, I expected better - almost akin to a giant pilsner with Belgian yeast.
