Took home an new beer tonight. What do I do?? Review on here of course!

A-Poured into pint glass. Pours a hazy dark golden color with half inch off white head that slowly goes away leaving nice lacing on the sides of the glass.

S-Big sour malt smell. Smells faintly of fresh rolls...just might be me though.

T-Little sour....maybe a bad bottle?? Little bit of tang to it. Can taste the malts more now. Not a bad taste kind of bland though.

M-A little thicker than I would think for the style. Malts cover the mouth in a good way. Nice carbination which is what I like.

D-This is a nice session beer that I could get use too. Very easy to drink and not anything real bad to say about this very drinkable beer.

I am kind of saddened that I am not able to get this in Indiana for the moment as World Class dropped it. Bleh...

12oz bottle with no freshness date poured into a pint glass
A: Light orange with a 1/2-finger head that settles quickly; pretty bubbles
S: Quite muted; some grain & citrus
T: Grain, citrus, a bit of lemongrass & herbs
M: Medium-bodied, crisp but a short finish
O: No flaws, worth a try but buy a single not a six pack

On draft at Sauce, San Francisco
Pale gold, white film.
Grain sack, hint of lemon.
Breadstick malts, lemon slushy and a hint of evergreen.
Vague lemon zest to end.
Thin, slightly clingy.

Watery and barely hopped. Nice on a hot summer eve, but doesn’t rep California very well.

Serving type: on-tap
