If God himself were to drink a beer, it would be this one. It has the light, drinkable texture, all of the alcohol content, and no nasty aftertaste. I can drink this while i eat dinner, or I can come in after mowing my grass and this beer is absolutely amazing. I have had it semi warm and ice cold. Of course Ice cold is the best. The one thing that I truly admire about this beers flavor is that is goes great with any food you make. I truly love it best with a big plate of fried Cod, Fried chips and hush puppies!

Bottle into a Sam Adams glass.
Medium straw color with a bright fluffy head that lingered a while.
Carbonation was spot on for this style.
Beer has a fresh bread / yeasty smell with a very faint hop note.
Taste was as quite light and refreshing after my latest string of hoppy IPA's! Its smooth, clean and has virtually no bite at all.
This one is a great session beer that I will return to!

Poured out of a 12 oz bottle into my pokal glass, this beer pours a clear, pale, light to medium gold color. The fluffy looking white head is about 2/3 of an inch thick when first poured, eventually settling to a good 1/4 inch that sticks around for awhile, eventually settling to a medium sized ring lining the inside of the glass with decent lacing. Aromas of pale malt sweetness along with a hint of floral hops. Has a mildly sweet malt flavor upfront along with German noble floral and slightly lemon hops. Has a crisp, yet smooth, medium bodied mouthfeel with moderate carbonation. Very drinkable in the way this style of beer should be. Very refreshing on this mild spring night. Not a very complex beer, but this style isn't supposed to be too complex so in that sense this beer is spot on for the style and quite good!

For the style this beer is amazing. North Coast rules. Acme pale and Old Ras are very good as well. I am the beer manager at a store located in MD and I recommend this beer all the time for anyone who drinks any style of beer. Surely a favorite to many.
