Amber color with apparent carbonation with a full three fingers head with great retention and leaving a wall of laces.
Citrusy aroma with predominant notes of caramel and grapefruit.
Flavor of American yeast, tea leaves, oranges, grapefruit, mild spices, lemongrass, and caramel and slightly toasted malts. Becomes more lemony with time. And it feels bitterer than its 42 IBUs. Dry aftertaste with a long lasting but friendly bitterness.
Light body with low carbonation.
Interesting that it has a medium bitterness that does not goes away and both malt and hops are melted together. Though it felt a bit too thin, but this makes it very sessionable.

A: Pours a crystal clear medium copper in color with moderate to heavy amounts of active visible carbonation rising from the bottom of the glass rather quickly and some amber highlights. The beer has a half finger tall sudsy foamy beige head that reduces to a couple of medium sized patches of slightly thick larger bubbles and a very thin film covering the majority of the remainder of the surface of the beer and a medium thick ring at the edges of the glass. Moderate amounts of lacing are observed.

S: Moderate amounts of caramel malts with a light amount of sweetness and a touch of spicy + herbal hops.

T: Upfront there is a moderate flavor of toasted and caramel malts with a light amount of sweetness. There are light to moderate flavors of spicy and citrus/grapefruit rind hops which contribute a light amount of bitterness which lingers.

M: Medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Relatively smooth.

O: Easy to drink and flavorful with now dominant or overpowering flavors/aromas - leading me to believe this would be a good beer to have with meals. Well balanced and drinkable - definitely could have another of these.
