A - Pours a bit of a bronze color with this white head.

S - My nose detected nothing of consequence (normal)

T - The taste is well balanced against malts and hops. Alcohol taste comes through a bit which I enjoy. Very pleasant though nothing fancy.

M - This beer has a great amount of carbination which adds to its appeal. Only real negative is that it feels a bit "heavy" on the way day.

D - Easy to drink, except for the heaviness....something I'll be looking forward to in the future.

A: Pours copper or brass and very clear. Medium to full head. Fantastic retention with a fair amount of lacing throughout.

S: Herbal hops are dominated by caramel malts and vanilla spiced undertones. Faintest hint of apple can be found.

T: Interesting! Incredibly it is sweet at the beginning. Caramel is the most dominant flavor. There is some toast in the middle followed by a supurbly clean finish. Hops present but very mellow.

M: Medium to light bodied. Carbonation is less than expected and takes away from my enjoyment some. I think it would improve the lighter notes in the taste more if the carbonation was higher... but that is a personal thing.

O: I always find myself trying to pair light yet flavorful beers with foods. This beer should be your "type O" : IT GOES WITH ANYTHING. Fact: You could drink this at the tailgate or with a fantastic filet... and no one would be upset. A true jack of all trades. Completely drinkable. A must try for anyone who enjoys North Coast.... but not their best outing.
