12oz bottle, served cellar temperature.
Copper amber color. Almost crystal clear. Thick, rocky off white head.
Subtle medley of hops and malt.
Very nice malt flavor profile, slightly sweet with carmelized flavors mixed in. A citric and spicey hop flavors complement the malt and nice crisp hop bitterness balances everthing out so the next sip tastes as good as the last.
Mouthfeel is surprisingly light for level of malt flavors present, carbonation is moderate and does a good job of carrying the hop aromas, but doesn't fizz up in your mouth.
A very good session beer, quite flavorful and satisfying, but it doesn't become cloying. Alcohol is restrained so I can have a couple for lunch and then go back to work.
