Serving type: bottle poured into a pint glass.
Appearance – Poured in an amber color. Average ¼-inch head, dropping quickly to lacing with a climbing ring around the glass.
Smell – Sourdough bread.
Taste/mouthfeel – Slightly pungent bitter hops lend themselves to the crisp, clean taste of this pale ale. It is quite smooth and finishes to a subtle, fruity-sweet flavor (apricot?). Mouthfeel is chewy, smooth, with just the right amount of carbonation. Very nice indeed!
Overall – Crisp, clean, enjoyable. This is a refreshing beer I would love to try on tap but the bottle is definitely worth many more purchases.
