This ale has a nice aroma of light grain followed by a moderately hoppy scent of grapefruit citrus/pine
Pours to a large off-white head w/ex lacing and lasting longevity
Sparkling clear golden-orange brew with medium body, lively carbonation and a creamy texture
The flavor is light on the malt thus depending more on the bitterness finishing for a long duration
Try this beer
This is a great beer

$ 1.89/12 oz bottle at Wegmens in Jamestown, NY
Undated bottle at 40 degrees into imperial pint
Very faint malty aroma
Head large (6 cm), off white, creamy, rapidly diminishing to an irregular layer which lasts the duration of the beer.
Lacing spotty – rings of irregular islands of various size bubbles
Body coppery, hazy
Flavor of light malt and a hint of lemon
Palate medium, creamy, soft carbonation
This is a good example of an amber/red ale which meets the style characteristics quite well. The malt is not overly sweet or cloying but just right. I’m not a fan of this style, but this is one I could drink all day.
