A - Solid clear orange color. White head settles at a rocky eighth inch. Amorphous pustules of lacing mottle the margin of the tankard. lol.
S - Brown sugar malts and grassy green bitterness coming together very sweetly, minty, earthy, like week-old lawn clippings...
T - The theme continues on the taste. Starting out sugary sweet but balanced with bitterness and wheaty malts. Our grassy flavor comes in strong, ending briefly an intense hit of honey-flavored bitterness. I've come across the grass clipping flavor in other brews, mostly ambers, and I've never been too excited about it; but this one is really growing on me, I like it. Finish leaves a lemony sweet honey flavor among the bitterness.
M - Medium to thin consistency with slightly elevated carbonation; seems to work perfectly with the flavor.
D - A fine drink of beer. I'm kicking myself for not trying this sooner.
