Poured from a bottle into a snifter/over-sized wine glass.
Look - light amber, pretty clear, with about a finger's worth of off-white foam that dissipates quickly. Low and slow carbonation.
Smell - definite "Belgian Ale" type of smell. Fruity and fresh-smelling. Like a sparkling wine or a freshening Weizen.
Taste - Fruity/citrusy blends as it lingers on the palate. Floral and fresh tasting. Lovely aftertaste. Texture is well-balanced..not too watery nor too creamy.
Drinkability - very nice brew! I tend to love anything of the Belgian school, and this is a good American example.
