Laffed at the North Coast dude on the right side of the label rocking the Gram Parsons circa 1971 'do.
Has the cloudy Belgian Ale look down. Poor head brings down the score. (I know....so my wife says every...)
Aroma consists of pear, vanilla, and coriander. I'll add some yeast phenols courtesy of the 3 fruit flies that died happy b4 I could finish this on my deck. Lol
Slight citric taste, hints of vanilla and coriander. Booziness well masked. Finish slightly bitter, slightly dry
Carbonation doesn't stand up to the style. 15 minutes in and it's flatter than a Kansas cornfield. Fresh pour feel seems about par.
Decent, but I sense some homerism from reviewers south of the 49th here
