Reviewed from notes.
Pours out a semi-hazy golden straw color with a two finger bone-colored head that fizzles down to a 3mm raft in about two minutes, leaving behind some minimal lacing on the inside of the glass. Lower side of medium body and carbonation levels.
Smells and tastes of citric hopping (grapefruit, orange, and lemon), medium abbey yeast fruitiness (apples, pears) and has a touch of apricot flavor at the mid sip, but dries out partially in the finish. A dash of coriander and clove acts as a flavor garnish but doesn't really show up in the nose unless I search really hard for it. Not bad, but not outstanding either.
