12 oz bottle into my Chimay chalice. I swirl the yeast in. An opaque gold liquid with a thin head. Light lacing on the glass. A bit of carbonation evident.
Smell is sweet malt, Belgian yeast, lemon and faint banana. A touch of candy sugar/caramel. Some yeasty esters mixed in.
Taste is honey sweet and yummy . A hint of banana. Sour apple and grapey fruits. A kiss of hops in the finish with light vinous/tannic drying on the palate. alcohol is well hidden.
Mouthfeel is medium and light at the same time. Gentle carbonation is clean and smoewhat crisp.
Drinkability is great. I could drink this all night and I mean more than three easily.
