Poured from a bottle into a pint glass
A - Pours a dark golden color with white head about a fingernail length that doesn't disappear until about halfway through drinking
S - Belgian yeast hits first, then a fruit smell comes through. But, to be honest, all that really comes through for me is alcohol and yeast. It's not bad, but not what others have experienced.
T - Definitely a belgian ale. Yeasty (is this a word?) Maybe bread. But, also pretty sweet. I can taste a bit of fruit and spice in the back of my mouth. The moderate ABV is not noticeable at all. This is really delicious and refreshing.
M - Crisp and refreshing. Moderately carbonated.
O - I really enjoyed this beer. This would be a great summer beer. It was a bit sweeter than I anticipated, and was hoping it'd be a bit more "spicy" that comes from a lot of good Belgian beers. But honestly, this is really good.
