A - this stout pours to a light brown head. It is very frothy so be sure to pour slow down the side of the glass.

S - not strong or bold. rather mild for an imperial stout

T - wonderful and rich

M - carbonation is not harsh

O - recommend to all stout lovers

Pours a deep and foreboding black, with a creamy, off-white head, and lots of lacing.

Smells like chocolate, smoke, deep and dark roast, espresso beans, and vanilla.

Tastes the same, and just tastes awesome. Incredibly roasty and dark in flavor, with an ashy smoky bitterness at the end of each sip. In between, you get a lot of chocolate and espresso coffee. The chocolate flavor is, like everything else, dark and bittersweet. This has a slight bit of vanilla creaminess, too.

This has an amazing mouthfeel, even without nitro. It's so creamy and decadent, coats your mouth perfectly. There's a perfectly low amount of carbonation.

This is definitely one of the best stouts out there. I'm glad I tried it again, I tried it before I was really into beer and thought it was uber nasty. Now, it's different.
