Poured from 12 oz. bottle into a Sam Adams Perfect Pint glass.

Appearance: Pours a bright and clear golden orange with lots of rising bubbles. Big four finger white head with good retention. Leaves lots of lacing around the glass.

Smell: A bready aroma with some pale malts and hints of caramel and biscuit. Good amount of wheat grains. Decent spicy scent coming from some noble hops. Also a little grassy smelling. A laid back aroma but solid for its style.

Taste: A bready saltine cracker like taste with pale malts and wheat grains. Nice hop presence for the style with some quite noticeable noble and grassy hops. Tastes somewhat sweet but the spice from the hops balances it out.

Mouthfeel: Light to medium body with a carbonation on the higher end of medium. Crisp and tingly. Very smooth and easy drinking.

Overall: A pretty solid take on the style. Malt driven but balanced well by the spicy hops. A nice option when you want something light.

A thank you goes out to cpolking for sending this beer, Poured from a brown 12 oz. bottle. Has a light golden color with a 1/2 inch head. Smell is of malts, and biscuits. Taste is the same, lots of malts, a bit bready, a touch of hops are present. Feels medium bodied in the mouth and overall this is an easy drinking summertime beer.

This beer pours a clear golden color. The head is one inch in height, and recedes quickly into a small cap of lacing. The aroma is of bready malt with a hint of spicy hops underneath. The taste is grassy with a spicy noble hops character, and some bready malt balancing things out. The mouthfeel is medium-light bodied with appropriately high carbonation, and a smooth texture. Overall, this is a nice beer that I would happily drink again. It is a good example of what blonde ales can be.

Served on-draught into a hefeweissbier glass at the Buffalo Wild Wings in the Mall of America. Reviewed from notes.

A: Pours a 1.5 finger head of beige colour, nice cream and thickness, and good retention. Body colour is a clear copper. No yeast particles are visible. No bubble show. Appealing and vibrant.

Sm: Pale malts, honey, crisp barley and some straw. A moderate strength aroma.

T: Crisp full barley, pale malts, honey, light floral hopping, and hints of citrus. Quite balanced, crisp, and tasty. Not very complex, but effective and refreshing. I like it. Lacks subtlety. No yeast or alcohol comes through.

Mf: Smooth and wet. Crisp and refreshing. Good thickness and carbonation.

Dr: Quite drinkable and refreshing. I could finish a six pack of this. A tasty draught beer, but not one worth seeking out. Held back by its simplicity. A success in the style.

Light soft kinda' sweet malt that's a little bready with a slight zing of yeast.
Head was rather short lived. Yellow gold and quite clear.
Again with the soft bready malt flavor, but also a quite tasty bite of hop. Finishes with more hops flavors and lingering bitterness that has is decently appealing. Mellow yeast flavors blend in nicely. Malt flavors increase some as warms, but still stays balanced.
A little more carbonation that I'd prefer, but within reasonable bounds. This also adds some body and softness to an overall lighter beer, but not too light.
Overall a perfectly fine drinkable beer. It won't WOW anyone, but would work well in the summer for both flavor and thirst quenching.

Pours a slightly cloudy yellow orange, and smells like bread and grain and caramel. Taste is fine, but watery, and sweet and malty and not very bitter. Mouthfeel is fine, and carbonation low to moderate. I'm bored with this one too. Don't really know why, just bored. Just bored.
