Canary gold with suspended yeasties. Served way too cold; warmed to room temperature over an hour or so. Slow upward-streaming bubbles. Modest head, fantastic lace.
Nose is full of cracked pepper and tart and spicy yeast phenols. Buttered bread lurks underneath. Powdery malt. Open yeast packets.
Taste is much better than nose, fulfilling many requirements of the style; dry, tart, semi-sweet, with a lingering bitterness. Coriander, near-buttery malts. Grain flavor lingers.
Love this beer except for the lingering nutrisweet flavor that pops in and out. Goes down pretty well, though there is a slight orange-rind astringency I don't particularly care for. Drinks well - you could stick with this one your meal and beyond.

Great looking Saison. A wonderful full head or pearl white with pleasant lacing. Nose of pear, lemon, spice, orange, banana, and wheat.
Smooth is the first word that comes to mind with this ripe up front fruity decadence. Banana, wheat, lemon rind, orange, spicy. Very palatable, very drinkable. A beer you can spend the night on
