Serving Type - 18.2 oz bottle

Appearance - Dark tan/yellow, looks much like a ipa. Creamy, foamy 1 inch head and lots of sticky lacing.

Smell - Huge strawberry aroma. A faint bready, pale malt smell near the finish.

Taste - Bitter strawberry flavor. Carbinated and clean tasting. Theres a malt backbone thats masked under the featured flavor. Also a yeasty sugar flavor added. No alcohol comes out, and no hops either.

Mouthfeel - First few drinks its a little bitter and sweet until mouth adjusts. Tounge gets strawberries and slight malts. Palate gets the same with a pale malt finish. Aftertaste is sweet strawberry and pale malty.

Overall - Good, easy to enjoy and a nice change of pace from a regular beer. Its really clean and smooth and low alcohol makes it easy to drink. Not quite as tasty as the other sammy smith fruit beers but still enjoyable.

A - Poured out a clear, copper color with pink highlights. It had a small, off-white head of bubbly foam that left little to no lacing on the glass.

S - It smelled of strawberry. Like some fake strawberry juice.

T - It tasted of sweet strawberry. Really that's it. It's not a great strawberry flavor like a fresh strawberry.

M - It was crisp, sharp and smooth. A light to medium bodied ale with a dry finish.

O - This is an okay ale. I liked the apricot ale much better.

A. Peachy caramel with pretty nice head. Looks more like wine

S. Holy strawberry Batman! Reminds me of a strawberry faygo. With a hint of honey

T. Strawberries! No malt or hops. Not my favorite. Tastes more like a sweet wine..

M. Fairly fizzy,acidic

O. This "beer" was tastey but didn't quite hit the spot..maybe if it were a higher proof..If I was to get more,I would find a way to cook with it

One of the best fruit beers I have ever had. Smells delicously fuity but the taste is subtly sweet. Perfect balance of fruit and hops and extremely drinkable. Unique flavor, yet not over the top like some fruit beers. I wish they were located locally so i could take a visit to the brewery.

Nice color but a bit cloudy possibly because of the strawberry?.It smells pretty amazing. There is a very strong stawberry smell with a more subtle malt smell. However, I would like to smell the hops although I dont think that was their goal for this beer. The taste is nice. It is very sweet but also complex. The strawberry really hits you at the end.

For the type of beer it is, they do it well. However, fruit beers is not a beer I would frequently choose. I do find them interesting and love the idea of brewing with fruit but I always find myself searching for a bit more hops. It must be possible to balance out the sweetness of the fruit with some more hops!

A - pale copper amber with a big cap of foamy, dense, off white head that has great retention

S - strawberries, a bit grainy, a hint of metal

T - grainy, big juice-like strawberry character, very sweet

M - medium bodied, smooth, well carbonated

This to me is different from all the fruit beers that Samuel Smith's offers. It's not nearly as sweet though still juice-like, and it has an underlying graininess to it which is off putting. I probably won't have this again.

A - Pours a clear, golden yellow body that allows you to see all the carbonation bubbles...the white head is flimsy and doesn't retain very well, but it does allow some lacing

S - The aroma reminds you of opening a jar of Smucker's Strawberry jelly...they strawberry never comes across as fake which is very pleasant

T - Again, the strawberry flavors never come across as fake...the flavor reminds you, again, of strawberry jelly...it's almost like you can taste the black seeds even...there is a toasted malt presence in the background that actually gives off a nice flavor that pairs well with the fruit...there is a bit of syrup in the finish

M - Light bodied...nice carbonation...solid strawberry flavor...slight syrupy finish

O - This was a pleasant fruit beer that really brought out true strawberry flavors...the only complaint I have was the syrupy finish the beer had...one would be enough for me though

Appearance- Copper color with a slight haze. Nice loose head that lingers a while. You can see a lot of carbonation coming up.

Smell- Strawberry preserves. Exactly like that.

Taste- not as sweet as in the nose but nice sweetness still. This thing has a ton of strawberry flavor up front and in the middle with a light malt towards the end to remind you that it's still a beer. No hops. That's ok :-)

Mouthfeel- Thin to medium with lot of carbonation. A lot like a sparkling Muscat.

Overall- I liked this one a lot, then again I love strawberries. Serve cold as a dessert beer or if you want something sweet. One is okay. More than that it could become cloying. One of my favorite fruit beers though.
