Pours a very clear amber with a nice, slightly off white head. Litlle lacing, and head doesn't stay around for long.
Malty in the nose, and malty in the taste. Enough bitterness to not be overly sweet, and a very distinct caramel taste. Most of the bitterness is felt afterwards.
Slightly heavy mouthfeel, but in a good way. Very drinkable, and not as filling as you might expect. If it were on tap, I'm sure I could take down at least three pints before feeling full.
Overall, very drinkable, but could use a little more hops in it.
