A normal pour leaves a finger of very active white head that is all but gone in a couple of minutes. Body is a clear pale straw color. No lacing.
Wheat and earthy/gardeny tones are first noted aromas. Wheat takes on more body and becomes a bread smell as it warms. Very clean and simple.
Flavor is dominantly bready malt. A faint citrus zest and light floral notes are also apparent. Again, clean and simple.
I do not mean to insult this beer in any way, but this is the perfect lawnmower beer. It's light bodied, only faintly coats the tongue, and well carbonated. Washes down really nice and easy, would be a great refresher on a hot summer day.
